The Maria Cecília Lara Campos Building

In 1998 Bueno Netto brought together a group of investors to acquire individual plots in order to form a large area in one of the most valued locations in São Paulo.

The result was the creation of a 5,200 m² space located between Brigadeiro Faria Lima Ave., Juscelino Kubischeck Ave. and Fernandes de Abreu St.

This strategy enabled the development of two important and profitable projects: The Nine Fernandes de Abreu Building and The Maria Cecília Lara Campos Building.

The Maria Cecília Lara Campos Building

A Commercial Triple AAA building, with 30,000 m² of built up area, 12 levels and 1,006 m² of private space each, was the winner among 23 other buildings that were competing to be the REDECARD's head office and, in order to meet client needs, had its configuration revised and delivery deadline shortened in 12 months. It is an enterprise that offers excellent profitability and excellent returns for its investors.
