In 1982 Bueno Netto began to invest in a district that although quite close to São Paulo's high standard districts, remained very much abandoned with dirt streets and shanty towns close by with no hopes for improvements in the short term and with just 8 quality residential buildings.
Foreseeing a great upcoming demand for residential enterprises in the region, Bueno Netto developed 12 high-standards residential enterprises in the region between 1986 and 1998.
From the very beginning, it sought to contribute towards the integrated development of the area, working closely with district associations in order to jointly seek the solutions required to consolidate much needed improvements in its infrastructure.
Real Parque underwent a transformation and today, thanks to a substantial contribution by Bueno Netto, has become one of São Paulo's most valued residential areas.
